How our pricing works for weddings and events
A security deposit is needed to save the desired date of your wedding or event. This is a first come, first serve basis, the first person looking at a desired date will have the first opportunity to put down a security deposit for their wedding or event. This will be followed with a liability contract signing.
Once your date is saved with a security deposit, payment is required with in the specific time listed within our contract. This is the current pricing for an entire weekend event, starting Friday evening for setup, Saturday for your event, and Sunday for cleanup. Other weekdays and time frames can be arranged as needed. After payment, you are ready for your event.
After your cleanup day, the venue will be inspected for damages and violations. We have a list of rules to follow for keeping our venue clean and prepared for all weddings and events throughout the year. Without these rules we struggle to keep the venue clean and prepared as needed for everyone. If everything is followed and no damages are found, you receive your security deposit back in full. Any damages or violations result in either part or all of your deposit becoming non-refundable to cover
In order to receive your security deposit back, we have basic rules for the venue, we put these rules in place in order to keep the venue in clean condition for everyone to be a part of our home for their event.
We have several acres of grass for weddings and events, to prevent damages to the grass, there is to be no driving on the grass for any personal vehicles. The only exception is handicap vehicles, wedding party vehicles, food trucks and any kind of trailer. Any of these vehicles need to be approved first for where they will be located and any vehicles that are not approved to be on the grass will result in part or all of the security deposit to become non-refundable.
Keep partying, but the sound needs to be turned down at 10 PM. We have a flexible schedule as to accommodate any event, we can work with any time one may request, no matter the time frame of your event, we need to have the volume of the event turned down at midnight.
Indian Creek runs through the middle of the venue property, for safety concerns, we don't allow swimming on the property, we ask that everyone be aware of children around the water. The water level becomes fast and rapid in certain parts throughout different times of the year. We do not allow any fishing or hunting on the property.
Animals and pets are only allowed if it is approved through the venue owners first.
